RRB 缓冲液是快速核酸电泳缓冲液，主要用于 DNA 琼脂糖凝胶电泳。RRB 缓冲液具使用独特配方，能够快速有效分离 15 kb 以内的 DNA 片段， 配合一定浓度的琼脂糖凝胶，能够支持 300~350 V（15 V/cm）的高压快速电泳， 可将常规电泳时间由 30 分钟缩短至 10 分钟左右。该缓冲液可替代 TBE 电泳缓 冲液。

使用方法

1. 配制 1L 的1×RRB 缓冲液

① 量取960ml 的蒸馏水加入烧杯

② 取40ml缓冲液加入，混匀即可

2. 电泳

① 快速电泳

推荐浓度为1.5%的琼脂糖凝胶，电压调节至 300~350 V（15 V/cm），可在15min内完成15kb 以内DNA片段的有效分离。

注1：若室温过高或连续电泳，均会导致电泳缓冲液温度偏高，建议冷却后再进行电泳。

② 常规电泳

1× RRB 电泳缓冲液可代替TBE进行常规电泳操作，实现DNA片段的有效分离

Product Introduction

RRB Buffer is a rapid nucleic acid electrophoresis buffer primarily used for DNA agarose gel electrophoresis. Featuring a unique formulation, it enables efficient separation of DNA fragments up to 15 kb. When paired with an appropriate concentration of agarose gel, it supports high-voltage rapid electrophoresis at 300~350 V (15 V/cm), reducing the conventional electrophoresis time from 30 minutes to approximately 10 minutes. This buffer is a direct replacement for TBE electrophoresis buffer.

Usage Instructions

1. Preparation of 1L 1×RRB Buffer

① Measure 960 mL of distilled water into a beaker.② Add 40 mL of the concentrate buffer and mix thoroughly.

2. Electrophoresis Operation

① Rapid Electrophoresis

• Recommended agarose gel concentration: 1.5%

• Voltage setting: 300~350 V (15 V/cm)

• Efficient separation of DNA fragments up to 15 kb can be completed within 15 minutes.

Note 1: Elevated buffer temperature may occur due to high ambient temperature or continuous electrophoresis. It is recommended to cool the buffer before use.

② Conventional Electrophoresis

1× RRB Buffer can replace TBE for standard electrophoresis procedures, enabling effective separation of DNA fragments.
